The following instructions will help you choose.
- Take a piece of paper and a pen or pencil
- Stand with your heels against the wall
- Stand up straight, placing your weight on both feet.
- Ask someone else to draw a line on the tips of your toes.
- Measure the length of the wall at the line
- Add 3-5mm to the measured length (important for space between toes)
- Compare the foot length with the size chart
